Welcome to Agent Stack™ and its products, including Content Operator™ (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted content and operational support, delivered asynchronously. Outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and curated by humans.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance metrics, engagement, revenue, or results.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or using it. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

3. Payments & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content delivered to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or change.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Stack™ and Cryspy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
